How to make an Aperol Spritz

• Pack a large wine glass with ice.

• Pour in 90 mL Prosecco, 60 mL Aperol, then a splash (30 mL) of soda water — the classic 3–2–1.

• Give a gentle stir and finish with an orange wedge.

Tip: dial the soda up for extra refreshment, or down for a bolder bittersweet hit.
